Even though emotional pain may feel unbearable right now, there is hope and there is help. Suffering has meaning and feelings offer guidance. Pain sends a signal that attention is needed. You have to power to change your life and create your happiness. I help individuals find meaning in their emotional pain, learn from it, and resolve it. My clients feel safe to explore their issues and become empowered to design their authentic life on a solid foundation of their unique personal and cultural experiences.

I help individuals from diverse backgrounds overcome struggles with relationships, depression, mood changes, anxiety, life adjustments, trauma, and cultural issues. I guide individuals and families to successfully resolve conflicts. my clients learn to regulate emotions, improve self-esteem, develop authentic self identity, take an assertive role resolving conflicts with families, and create life goals.

The therapeutic relationship that I develop with my clients is based on mutual trust, respect, and collaboration. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, culturally sensitive, and individually conceptualized. It is respectful of diversity. I speak fluent English, Russian, and Spanish.
