Are you struggling to find ways to connect and be known? Do you desire to live with a greater sense of hope? Unresolved issues can leave us feeling overwhelmed, powerless, and isolated. We may find ourselves feeling hopeless about the future and the possibility of change. However, I believe freedom can be found and that counseling can offer a path that leads to healing, maturing and a deeper sense of meaning. My goal as a counselor is to walk with you as you navigate the difficult questions and to support you in your journey of finding hope and freedom.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling. I am also certified with the National Board of Certified Counselors as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have obtained my Full Operating Level SOMB certification and have done extensive work with adolescent youth who have engaged in and are victims of sexually abusive behaviors. I have worked extensively with adults, couples, college aged students, adolescents and families. Areas of specialty include women’s issues, communication, relationships, body image, depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse. I also offer Christian based counseling, upon request.

Insurances Accepted:  I do not currently accept any insurance plans. However, I can provide monthly receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Sliding Scale: Yes, upon availability. My full fee is $100. I can offer a sliding scale ranging from $75-100.
