I am a board certified psychiatrist and psychoanalyst.
My integrative approach includes various forms of psychotherapy, medication, supplements, exercise, and meditation.
I completed my psychiatric residency at the Menninger Clinic in Topeka, Kansas, and my psychoanalytic training at the Topeka Institute and the Houston Galveston Institute of Psychoanalysis.
I am Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
I eagerly pursue continuing education in psychopharmocology and psychotherapy.
My book, The One-Minute Meditator, is a highly regarded introduction to meditation.
